I am not in shape, is Boot Camp for me?

Yes! Boot Camp is for people of all levels of physical condition. The class moves at a fast, intense pace. However, everyone goes at their own speed. Those who are in superior condition and have been attending our Boot Camps for years will go nonstop the entire hour. On the other hand, those who are just getting started working out go at their own speed, take breaks and gradually increase their intensity level. Melissa Davis works with each participant to make sure they achieve their personal goals.

What if I can't make all of the Boot Camp classes?

No problem! Boot Camp participants can make up any missed classes during the Boot Camp session they are currently enrolled in by attending any of the other fitness classes at our studio, including Cardio Kickboxing. You can view our entire class schedule here.
