Meet Melissa Davis.
With 30 years of fitness experience, Melissa has designed the Boot Camp program around her experience in the martial arts, aerobics, strength training, Pilates, kickboxing and personal training. Melissa's broad range of expertise makes her Boot Camp truly unique in this age of "boot camps in a box." Melissa carefully plans each workout so all major muscle groups are worked, routines vary and drills remain fun and exciting so it's easy to come back for more!

If you ask any of Melissa's friends what comes to mind when they think of her it's a sure bet they will say she's the epitome of physical fitness. Melissa understands the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy lifestyle. Having raised 5 children, Melissa knows how tough it is to set time aside for working out. With nearly a decade of martial arts experience under her belt, Melissa is a Black Belt in the martial arts. Melissa designed the Boot Camp program at TMAFitness and also teaches Strength Training classes at the studio.
